If you’re wondering what the difference is between a travel consultant (us) and a travel agent (not us), we can answer that as well. A travel agent is typically someone who books travel for you. They work with you for free but earn money from commission on the tours you take, the hotels you stay in, the flights, and so forth. Even online booking agents like Expedia charge a very high commission, which you do not see. While all of these services have a time and place, all opinions become biased once commissions are involved. If tour A offers a higher commission than tour B, most agents will recommend tour A, whether or not it’s the best choice. In our opinion, this isn’t good. We want to make sure you have the best experience possible based on your interests and budget. We DO NOT earn any commissions but instead, charge an upfront fee for our services.

Utilize our vast experience of travel and we’ll make sure you get the most out of your trip, including what to do, where to stay, where to eat, and more. Hiring us will also save you time, not only in the initial planning of your trip (where most people usually spend weeks researching) but also with the trip itself, by looking at the best travel options and routes.

Trips will vary per person but we can cover travel plans as narrow or as broad as you’d like. We offer General Consultations, Travel Planning, and even fully custom trips that have never been done before. In addition, even if we don’t have first-hand knowledge of the specific place, we definitely know someone who has. As active adventurers and travel writers, we’ve built relationships with people all over the world. 

The Booking

We do not offer a booking service. Instead, we do all the research for you and can even contact hotels/tour operators/etc on your behalf to get you the best deal and any extra services you would like, but you are responsible for actually making the final booking. However, we can refer you to an agent who can do that for you but they do not work for us, and again, we do not earn any commissions.

(links to make a booking will be included) + I can contact the hotels on your behalf (before or after the booking has been made to arrange a nice set up for you/VIP experience with the hotel or a potential discount).

First Class Elite:
